Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Plant Operator to work our Hill & Moor site, Pershore.
Duties will include day to day operation of plant at Hill and Moor Landfill and Compost Site to ensure that the waste is handled safely and effectively. Also ensuring that site monitoring regimes and waste acceptance procedures are carried out in accordance with the requirement of the landfill permit.
The ideal candidate would have a qualification and experience in the operation of heavy plant.
The role is for 45 hours per week, 7.45am – 5.15pm Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (rest days are Tuesday and Wednesday).
The rate for this position is currently £12.60 per hour and employee benefits linked to this role will be discussed with candidates during the selection process.
